Is it possible to employ to another company on another sponsor although you have not stayed in your current company for 3 months?

Arrived in the kingdom March 18, 2013 and want to transfer to another company on another sponsor.............................................

Had worked in Saudi Arabia since 1983 - 1998.

Planning to go back to my country of origin (Phils) on an exit via resignation.

Can the Saudi Embassy  will issue another visa with another sponsor on my passport?

What is the consequences on it?
