our management in al-suwaidi company servises FMS division most of the employee
are complaining about the our jobs and our salary which is low salary...like for the filipino
working here in saudi arabia which is amount different like

filipino housekeeping salary in al-suwaidi - 650 SR /700 SR/ 850 SR/ 875 SR right now
for 2013 the salary amount only 900 SR /1000 SR
and also they rent a people or expats which is not a employee in al-suwaidi company.
we are working for 12 hours to work or else 10 hrs sir its is enough for us as the employee
here in saudi arabia.. then second thing our management about the job our contract as sign from the phils we sign as a housekeeping. but if we are here now in saudi arabia the operation manager/operation supervisor
is not good dealing when you are here already why? because you sign as housekeeping but they put you assign to as a teaboy,leadman,receptionist, storekepper,maintenance,which not belong to your contract as per assign to the management...its crazy thing sir from the company.

and also our iqama which is not recognize as per our designation or category... our iqama our job is receptionist but they put on iqama that your a maintenance....housekeeping they also put that your butcher...you know sir also our food  is not in good sanitary.....

so sir we wanting you that pls cooperate in this matter from our company
regarding in this not specific/ not good for the employee who work for hard.
in our company.

and pls help to investigate this company as your concern to the filipino employee.
