Dear Ali,
               please explain me that if someone takes "naqal kafala", the 3 three papers of transfer from his kafeel that all should be stamped from CR or only 2 papers are compulsory to stamp (jawazat & maktb al amal) ??. as my kafeel's CR is finished and fee for reopening is 900 SAR. my kafeel is not caring about it. is there any option that i can pay money less then 900 for my own only or i have to pay this 900 for all ??.

please adivce me accordingly.
