Dear friend,
i was under the sponshorship of my father and has done my transfer to a local sponsor. I have changed my profession to an engineer and is also registered with saudi counsil of engineers.
As in the month of march, it became illegal to work in other than the sponsors company, due to which i have done another naqal kafala to my present company.
I got a good offer from a new company but they said that they cannot provide me a visa.

My question is that , i want to confirm that some of my friends has told me that if i give transfer from one sponsor to another sponsor, then the current sponsor cannot send me on final exit until and unless i give him a letter in writting that i have to go on a final exit and can ask for a release from the present employer.
Is it possible that i can take release from my present employer, even if they dont agree to leave me and cannot send me on final exit. Please advice, i am a bit confused on this. can i ask them for a release?
