One of my friend is going on final exit after 2 years
1. What will be his benefits
2. Does he have  to pay for air ticket
3. He have to complete the 24 months.
4. Can he go after 22 months again question arises does he have to pay for air ticket of his own. Company will not issue the air ticket.
