Can we file a complaint with regards to an agreement made between the medical insurance company and our company without consultation made with the employees for not honoring what is stipulated in our contract with regards to the free medical for each and every employee. The company made an agreement with the insurance company that each and every employee should shoulder 20% of the total amount of medical fees (consultation fees and medicine). I think the company violated the contract agreement signed by the employee and employer with regards to free medical that is written in the contract. Hence no consultation was made with the employees by the employer.
