i have an accedent in my right  hand finger and fracture bone at the edge. i have leave of 21 days  . can i get my gossi leave and also my sick leave in my company ? according to my company al amoudi beverage industries only one leave i can recieved conpany leave or from gossi.  if i choose gossi leave, company not paid my sick leave,while i choose company sickleave the check from gossi goes to company account is this true ?according to them this is tha new rules in saudi labour law. thank you i'l wait for your answer.
