Final Exit but family is in india on exit re rentry visa in ksa

I want to go final exit. My family is in india on exit re-entry visa. can i go final exit.
what is the procedure?

I applied for FINAL EXIT in company. Iqama cancelled here in saudi for me and my wife.Exit Visa for me and my family is ready but family is not here in riyadh. I wil go alone. Is there any problem in immigration at air port? is they ask for my family back to saudi first then go exit.
I can not bring back my family for medical reason.

Please kindly let me know.

If already your family exit visa is ready no need to bring back to riyadh, imigration will ask only time of getting final exit visa.
