Exit or Transfer, where from I will get Visa Number?
Sir,
I am Noushad (Indian), now working in an Elevator company at Dammam, Arshad abdulla Al-saleh (opposite stadium). My Iqama is already expired on 10/04/2013, and I requested the company to give me exit before the expiry. But the company denied my application and compelling me to work until catch by the authority. They told me that they trying to transfer of sponsorship. But I know that it is not possible to release without a valid Iqama. What can I do now? I want to safely back to India. Please help me.
I didn’t agree to transfer my sponsorship without a new agreement of employment attested by Indian embassy. The contract must be specifically noted the salary (SR 6000), job responsibility, and it must be show the amount of compensation (SR 50000) from the sponsor on the event of non-renewal of Iqama before expiry. I am not ready to sign any document of sponsorship change until written contract of employment.
Actually the company cheated me during this one year by giving job in this company. My sponsor is Mr.Mishal, who doesn’t have a company at all. My visa is on a fake company which is not existing and expired license. CR No: 2050063517.
Please keep this as secrete information. Otherwise I will be punished from the company. I am under threat and fear the Sponsor. Please use my contact e-mail under shown. I am ready to surrender before the authority at any time. Pleeeeeese help. What shall I do ?
I expected help from you to exit safely with settlement of salary and benefits until exit. And get a certificate called N.O.C ( No Objection Certificate ). I have several opportunities in Arabian countries, but must have the NOC from the previous employer.
