Hi i have purchased azaad visa in 19500 SR and i arrived in saudia on 3rd january  next day i have send my passport and submitted 5200 Sr in agent account for aqama .

but my kafeel is not issuing me aqama .When i call to agent for aqama he always says call on next week. But now ii have passed 6 month by listning the same words by agent.

I have also checked that my kafeel is in green zone..

Now the problem is that kafeel lives in damam and i am living with my father in Medina.

Is there any leagel way to file case against that agent and kafeel???

Even he is not issuing me aqama and atlast i told him if your cant issue me aqama so please retyrn my passport but when i call he says next week Inshallah your aqama will be handover to you

Please provide me a proper guidence in this case
